“Extremely poor service, Waited for over 10 minutes while stood right in front of the till. We were ignored while they (the staff) stood right in front of us without acknowledgment. There was exactly 15 other waiting for the same service that we were denied. This wasn’t because they were busy, but in fact the staff just refused to serve us because they simply couldn’t be bothered. How do i know this? Because several times the staff especially ‘Hope’ She has Black hair and wears a lot of make up. ‘Hope’ was rude, and when the staff got the guests orders incorrect instead of apologising, she was rude and laughed with her colleagues. Me and several other guests were appalled by her aka ‘Hope’ and the service we were delivered. Overall, we waited a total of 20 minutes at the front of the queue while being purposely and constantly ignored. In the end we had to give up and eat somewhere else. There is no ‘Hope’ for this place while she and the staff act this way to guests.”

“We ordered fish and chips and a battered sausage and chips. I wasn’t expecting anything special. It was the worst fish and chips I’ve ever had. A sliver of fish inside a load of batter. A cheap frozen fish from a supermarket would have been better. Do not eat here. Anyone giving this place 5 stars has to be a fake review.”

“BY FAR the absolute worst theme park food we have had in years if not ever, and we are well travelled theme park content creators! The food here was so bad that when they missed a portion of chips off our order, I didnt even bother to go and complain as we simply didnt want any more of them having taken a bite. Scampi was either empty wet breadcrumbs or what can only be described as pre chewed fish coated in breadcrumbs. Tasted gross, looked gross. Calamari was soft but tasted of literally nothing. Kids shared an adults fish goujon meal and the fish resembled £1 iceland fish fingers?! Not chippy fish. And the chips were SO SO dry. The photos of the meals on the ordering pad at the tables showed tartare sauce served on the plate with them all. They didnt come with any. Dont eat here.”
