  “Had bottomless brunch in town today! I have not been to the slug and lettuce since I was in my 20s I thought it was for younger cooler people lol and I’m now 36!!! But, it was such a atmosphere! Dan and Amy were serving us and were just great! Really attentive went above and beyond when we wanted to love tables but not intrusive or rushed! Would recommend and will be coming back!”

  “I came here with my friends for a bottomless brunch and I have no complaints. Dan was attentive, friendly and very helpful! He had excellent customer service skills and ensured we always had our drinks coming on time. Thank you for a lovely brunch!”

  “Absolutely awful experience. I attended an event here tonight and the food was genuinely some of the worst I have ever been served. Poor quality, unpleasant and massively disappointing. To make matters worse, I accidentally left my card purse behind. I later returned to collect it and, thankfully, the purse itself had been found and all of my bank cards were still inside. However, the £50 cash that had also been in the purse was gone. So somehow my purse was found, my cards were left untouched and returned to me, but the cash was missing. I cannot say exactly what happened to the money after I left the purse behind, but I know with certainty that £50 was in there beforehand. Getting the purse and cards back but finding the cash gone was extremely upsetting and has completely destroyed my trust in this venue. Terrible food and an even worse end to the evening. I would not return and I certainly could not recommend it.”

  “I am extremely disappointed with the cocktail-making experience we booked for a hen party. The experience was advertised as including party games, yet none took place. When we queried this, we were told that they had never offered party games, which directly contradicted the information we were given when booking. The host leading the cocktail-making session lacked enthusiasm and did little to engage the group or create a fun atmosphere. From his attitude and demeanour, it genuinely seemed as though he did not want to be there. Unfortunately, the issues did not stop there. We were informed that there would be no music because the speaker was not working, which significantly affected the atmosphere. We were also seated next to the disabled toilet, which appeared to be the designated area for the experience. What was most disappointing was being told that our group needed to keep the noise down because there were children present nearby. We were not swearing, behaving aggressively, or causing any trouble; we were simply enjoying ourselves as a hen party group. Being told to be quiet during what should have been a lively and enjoyable experience was completely inappropriate. Overall, the event was poorly organised, lacked the atmosphere that was advertised, and fell far below expectations. As a result, we felt so uncomfortable and dissatisfied that we decided to leave before the experience had finished. I would not recommend this cocktail-making experience and feel that customers should receive exactly what has been advertised and paid for.”

  “I loved my time here! cerys, kai, and cole were the best staff, they served us consistently all evening, my whole group of seven were impressed with the whole service! our drinks came consistently, never an empty glass, they served us food quick after our arrival, they were so nice, hospitable and friendly our whole time! never had such nice service people in my whole life! friendly, even compassionate to my friend that spoke farrrr too much to them! lovely and friendly!”

  “came here for lunch with my boyfriend was served by cole who was doing amazing despite there being less staff than usual he was amazing food was out quick , forgot to add chicken to my salad but was quickly solved and even gave us free drinks because of that, couldn’t ask for better service im so pleased thank you cole !”
