“Just went to place an order online for delivery. Seems you now need to pay the exact delivery fee of £3 to the driver in cash. However, a £2.50 delivery fee is also included in your online order. Won’t be ordering from there again”

“Ordered 3 ranch burgers, THREE, on the phone, so it would be ready to pick up, got to the counter and they handed over 2, obvs staff on the phones don’t actually care what they are doing or even listening to you, told me they would make another when I had no time to wait as I was busy hence the takeaway but meant to wait while the other 2 got cold, I don’t think so, handed me a 2 litre bottle of irn bru that I told them to keep, I mean it’s hardly the 3rd burger n chips is it, Shame on you ebis it used to be so good, would love to add a photo only I didn’t get it”
