“Dogs are now banned. Also not allowing walk-in even when tables outside and almost entire restaurant empty. It's a shame as it used to be lovely.”

“My wife and I had a delicious meal tonight. We were able to mix and match from the festive specials and a la carte menu with some great choices on offer. All 3 courses were outstanding as always, with our particular highlights being the roast turkey with trimmings and the apple, caramel and cinnamon pudding with extra caramel sauce. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We sat in the back room for the first time and were both very impressed with how cozy and warm it felt. Unfortunately no photos of the food as we couldn’t wait to get tucked in. Hands down the best restaurant in Lanark and surrounding areas!!”

“We dropped in after a walk around New Lanark & both had the absolutely incredible Truffle Beef burger. Possibly the best burger I’ve had. The desserts were equally as impressive. Service was impeccable. Wonderful find!”
