Customer Review Summary

Breakfast is what most reviewers come for, and opinion on it is sharply split. Positive accounts call it tasty and top quality, and one mentions a free coffee with the meal. Several single out friendly, lovely staff, including one who let early arrivals sit down and offered the WiFi details unprompted. Reviewers also praise a good hot chocolate, a great iced coffee and a cappuccino, and a few describe it as a good spot to work or study, with plugs and a nice seating area. The complaints are just as specific. One reviewer reports a decline in food and drink after a change of ownership, with coffee and hot chocolate that tasted badly prepared. Another says a banana split pancake tasted like paint thinner, and a third found the sausage bap very oily and was charged extra for bacon. Two describe dirty surfaces, including finished dishes left on tables. One reviewer reports finding a needle on the toilet floor. Others describe slow service, and one received tea with no saucer because the cafe had run out, then had the spoon placed on a rusty table.

“I've been there for food multiple times I ordered a banana split pancake and it was horrible tasted like paint thinner, The guy behind the counter is always mean mugging me horrible service. Takes ages for him to serve you and he randomly kicked me out. I found a needle on the floor of the toilet also and it penetrated my shoe. The milkshakes are also overpriced and dead.”
