  “Came here today and as soon as i walked in felt unsettled. The lady on the till was very rude and un inviting. We sat outside and when the food got brought out, it was brought to a different table where we saw both of our orders get manhandled by another couple. The lady came over and tried to say we were in the wrong, eventhough she got our table number wrong along with telling us the food hadn’t been touched (even though she wasn’t there the full time). When asking for another one she came back with attitude, whispered something to the waiter and proceeded to have an attitude until she went inside. The food that then got brought back out was definitely the same one, as the food was cold. If you’re looking for inviting and pleasant service, don’t come here. It’s a shame because the food was good, please consider who you hire and do better.”

  “great food but the staff was really rude. what seemed to be the boss / the person on the checkout had a massive attitude on her. we won’t be back purely because of the way she made us feel.”

  “I love this cafe at the heart of Pontcanna. The food is delicious, coffee is lovely, portion sizes are decent, and the customer service is great. I think I've had everything on the menu and each one is a winner 👌”

  “I had a wonderful time today at Cannadeli! The Keisha Becky Stack, which I had, was fresh, beautifully presented & overall delicious. The staff were very friendly & provided the option of a Welsh or English service. I will most certainly be returning and highly recommended it to everyone.”

  “If you're looking for breakfast, snack, brunch, tea or coffee then look no further than this little diamond in Pontcanna! Indoor and outdoor seating, fabulous coffee and cakes to die for!! Well worth a visit!”

  “Unfortunately this was disappointing, whilst the service was pleasant the fact that I was charged for a full extra breakfast £9.50 because I opted for scrambled egg to go with my pancakes. The menu states "egg - £3" there was no explanation at the time of ordering that the additional egg option was just a soft boiled option and as I had stated "scrambled" I was charged for the scrambled egg on sourdough toast breakfast. When challenged I was refunded £6 and when my food arrived the soft boiled egg was actually missing. At this point I opted not to challenge again having written off the experience as one I would not bother to go through again as there are numerous more accommodating and helpful breakfast places within 5 minutes walk.”

  “Traditional lobscouse with toast seems like a normal dish but this was the first time i have Welsh cuisine. Lobscouse taste great and the beef in it was very tender， with the crunchy toast it was amazing. The chicken ciabatta was tasty with the sauce too it was a pity for the chicken was a bit rough(i prefer thigh than breast). The little pastry that i didnt know the name was crunchy and buttery with lightly touch of cinnamon match perfectly with the cappuccino! Love it!”

  “I love this place!! Super cute and amazing salad. My go-to order is the small salad which is £8.5. Which I think the portion is pretty much. They always have nice selection of salad, taste so good!! 100% recommend”
