Quick info
About Taco Bell
Taco Bell is a restaurant in Burnley, set on Bankhouse St next door to a cinema. The menu includes tacos, cheesy fries and the Crunchwrap Supreme. Customers can order three ways: at a self-service kiosk, at the counter, or online for pick up. Sauces are free of charge, and fountain drinks are served in cups without lids. The restaurant has no telephone number, so orders go through those three channels.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers are split, and the Crunchwrap Supreme is the item named most often, with one calling the wrap itself alright and another saying a delivery order arrived without it. Several complain that burritos and tacos come thin on meat, filled mainly with salad or cheesy sauce, and that portions feel small for the cost. Cheesy fries drew a complaint for barely any cheese or sour cream and arriving ice cold, and the churros were called greasy. Slow service recurs, with orders taking around half an hour, a kiosk that failed at payment, and a counter where one customer says they were ignored. Others report wrong sauces, a quesadilla in a microwaved bag, soft taco shells, and missing items. Delivery and phone contact also frustrate, since reviewers note no number to ring. Praise comes from a few who found the new restaurant clean and fresh, liked the free sauces, and called one visit the best UK Taco Bell they had tried, with polite staff and food that arrived on time. One reviewer's online pick-up was ready within minutes.

“Service was awful, the kiosk was not working tried three times before approaching the stand, I was ignored for 10 minutes then some one came over and I advised the kiosk wasn’t working after I went to submit the order, without a word she walked past me and said “show me then” I started to show her and before I could explain where the error appeared she said “well it’s working now” I tried to explain, no it doesn’t work at the end when I go to make payment. She said well if it doesn’t work come back , I said I’ve already tried three times but before I could end my sentence she walked off. Surprise… it didn’t work, I walked to the counter, ignored again for 10 minutes. Explained it didn’t work. She goes “well I’ll take your order then. “ at this point I just said it’s fine. Anyway had a gorgeous Nando’s next door. So all good x”

“Awful. Slow service, dirty restaurant, the rewards app has stopped working here for some reason. Today I was waiting 30 mins for an order and then was told that the fountain cups don’t have lids. How am I meant to hold the drink in my car without a lid? Would have gotten a refund if I could, won’t be coming back until the review pick up”

“Tried Taco Bell the other day and it was a really good experience. The food tasted great, arrived right on time, and the staff were polite and helpful. Service was smooth and everything was well prepared. I’d definitely recommend it”

“Thought we'd treat our kids to their first Taco Bell experience - wish we hadn't: - it took nearly half an hour to get our meals from ordering despite there being 10, yes 10!, staff in the kitchen and the restaurant being half empty; - I was given different sauces to the ones I asked for; - the quesadilla we ordered came in a microwaved bag!; - and taco shells were soft, and hardly filled... If you're not expecting much by way of good food, service, etc, then this place will do you fine. But for us, it's put our kids (and us) off ever Taco Bell'ing again...”

“Ordered delivery, My grandsons meal came, strips and chips, mine didn’t come at all. Nothing. Mine was the Crunchwrap supreme meal. No number to ring them. Absolute joke”
