About Tim Hortons - Burnley
Tim Hortons on Anchor Retail Park Unit 6 serves Burnley as a fast food restaurant with a halal menu, an option not every quick-service chain in the area offers. The counter covers melts such as the Pulled Pork & Jalapeño Melt, the Bbq Chicken Melt and the Cheese & Herp Melt is not listed but the Ham And Cheese Melt is, alongside a nine-item menu that also includes the Pulled Pork Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Orders are placed on a walk-in basis with no reservations taken, and the location opens daily. A step-free entrance serves visitors with mobility needs, and high chairs are available for families with young children. Food is also available for takeaway and delivery for those eating off site. Coffee and pastries round out the counter offering alongside the sandwiches.

“Worst meal ever! My burger was 3 times smaller than usual. I am very disappointed with customer service as staff were disgustingly rude and …”

“Avoid if you actually want serving. Unbelievably rude! Was passing by in the pouring rain today morning and thought I’d finally give this place a go. I was really looking forward to a warm coffee and a donut, but it was hands down my first and last time stepping foot in there. The self-service screens are fine, the menu is easy to navigate, though the prices are a bit steep compared to other coffee shops. The real issue started when the screen wouldn't accept my phone or my physical card. No drama, I thought, I’ll just queue up and pay at the till. There were two people in front of me in the queue. The first person was served, but as soon as they were done, the woman on the till just walked off. Didn't say "excuse me," didn't say a word, just disappeared. The woman who was now at the front of the queue and I were left standing there like spare parts for ages. There were three staff members working who looked right at us, but we were completely ignored. Look, I completely get it if a place is busy etc. If someone had just smiled and said, "Sorry guys, bear with us," I’d have happily waited. Instead, we got total silence! When the worker finally reappeared, she just snapped "one moment" at us without so much as an apology, and then walked off again. We were left waiting for another few minutes after that, which was the final straw. The poor woman in front of me was getting stressed about being late and I'd completely run out of patience. What makes it so frustrating is that it's not even proper, barista made coffee! Making it literally just takes one click of a button on a machine as is served from automated dispensers ! The donut was sitting right there in the cabinet in front of me too! The whole interaction would have taken two minutes max. After those extra minutes of being ignored again, I’d had absolutely enough. I said out loud for the whole place to hear, "Right, I've had enough of this. I'm not wasting my time for such ignorance when there's no real respect for people at all" and I walked out. I don't mind waiting, but I refuse to spend my hard earned money in a place where the staff treat you like an absolute nuisance for existing. These people are paid to serve the public, yet they treat you like you are completely nothing. I will never support a business where customers are treated like this when they are the ones paying for the service. Shocking disrespectful customer service! Won't be back.”

“best food ever, if i was on my death bed! WORST THING EVER! Awful staff, Code for the team member door is 1379! Food tasted like it was a live animal, fresh from the sewers, Horrible presentation, Dirty environment. Toilets stink and dirty. Sticky doors and floors. Not nice to customers and full of college students who are losers. Burger tasted like bodily fluids and made me ill. Pond water. Worst place ive ever been. Overpriced and bad quality! They also tried kicking my grandson out for eating his own food meanwhile his friends ate the slop produced from this government mandated burger slop joint that tastes like the bottom of a bin mans shoe! What was he meant to do? eat outside on his own? Forget it. Do not come! Dont reccomend! Save your internal organs from failure!”
