Customer Review Summary
The complaints are just as concrete. Several report bland dishes: beef in black bean sauce with a thin sauce and mostly thick cut onion, a beef chop suey with only bean sprouts, and a satay sauce with a snotty texture. Service draws complaints too, from a counter worker who snapped at customers to a driver who grew snarky with an autistic customer at the door, and a longtime customer who says an argument followed when salt and pepper chicken arrived with hot peppers despite a note. One reviewer's missing drink ended in a partial refund after a helpful phone call.

“The delivery driver was absolutely horrible, awnsered the flat phone, buzzed her in, but she wouldnt listen, she came in the building, walked straight out as she "only saw flat 1 and no other flat" There is a door to the stairs that even says theyre stairs. I had to come downstairs and awnser the door. I was fine with this but wasnt fine with her moaning at me with "why didnt you come down??" I buzzed the door bell to her in and even said it was open and stiff to push. Mutliple times. "wheres your flat? I DONT SEE YOUR FLAT" I said its just through the door, I can show you and she started getting defensive and snarky. I struggle with communication, Im autistic, I would of way prefered you just handing me my food and you not saying a word. Dont take your problems out on me when I already struggle to communicate and call me names why getting in your car. This was my first time ordering from here. I ordered here cause this is the only place with my fav dimsum siu mai. Wanted to try it cause of that. This is the last time I order from here. My mental health and disabilty cant deal with that type of rude behaviour. I just wanted my food and now im shaking crying and super anxious over this one interaction..”

“Placed an order yesterday for collection yesterday and waited a little longer than usual but again food overall was still great! Been using dragon and peacock for a long time and young man taking the order was attentive as usual remembering my preferences and that I’m gluten free. See a lot of reviews on here complaining about service but all I have to say is sometimes treat people with respect and be understanding of their situation and you’ll get treated the same! Brilliant as always!”
