Customer Review Summary
Praise centers on the chicken chow mein, which one reviewer calls very nice alongside the chicken satay, while others describe food that arrives pipping hot and tasty. A vegetarian set meal for two is called outstanding and fresh, with portions said to feed four, and another reviewer cites great flavours and quick delivery. The complaints are sharper and recur. Two reviewers describe the delivery driver shouting over a missing order code and offering to fight, and a third found the man who answered the phone rude. Another reports cold food, egg fried rice that tasted like plain boiled rice, a watery duck curry with fatty, flavourless duck, dry and chewy pork charsui, and tiny chicken balls. One reviewer also objects to a carrier bag charge and a service charge on a takeaway order. That same reviewer's order arrived without the chili beef, and when they asked for it to be delivered, the shop insisted on a refund instead.

“Worst delivery driver encounter ever. Super rude and aggressive on arrival and asked my boyfriend to step outside for a FIGHT all because we couldn’t find the code because on the app it never normally has a code. also called the restaurant to complain and they were useless. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.”

“I’m not sure i can even put into words where anyone’s believes how crazy this is but the delivery guy knocked on our door and asked for the code which we couldn’t find on our order he then began to shout saying ITS MY RIGHT YOU GIVE ME THE CODE NOW! I then asked him to calm down at least 5 times I said I’m trying to find it he then said give me your phone and he couldn’t find it He continued to shout and I told him to stop shouting and relax which i think infuriated him even more I managed to find it and gave him the code he then wouldn’t leave our property so i told him to go away and he offered me outside for a FIGHT! it’s a very good job that i remained calm and laughed him off DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE”
