“Visiting Broadstairs and wanted a proper chippy supper. My fish and chips was good; hot, fresh and not at all greasy. I 'ate in' and my server was very polite and helpful. But I have to say, the dining area needs a good clean, a fresh coat of paint, and new furniture. The tables were dull and sticky, the floor needed a mop, and the majority of the chairs had badly torn seats. Not really acceptable, when you're paying £15 for a smallish cod chips and tea (pensioner deal), you still want some clean and bright surroundings. But good food, so takeaway is my advice 😉”

“We visited The Seafarer Restaurant in Broadstairs today for fish and chips and, overall, found it to be just okay. We had the medium cod and chips for £17.50. The fish wasn’t particularly big, although it tasted nice enough. The chips were good, but unfortunately, the meal wasn’t anything special. The young lady who served us was attentive. We also felt the restaurant could do with a bit of a revamp to freshen the place up. It was an okay meal, but we’d probably try somewhere else next time.”
