Customer Review Summary

Reviewers mostly praise the rooms, with comfortable beds and a modern look steps from the seafront. The on-site bar with live music and a Mexican restaurant also get mentioned. One guest found no aircon or fans in a heatwave despite an advertised sea view room that overlooked a bush and drain, and music echoed through the rooms until 1am.

“We visited Sea Lounge twice in the week we were in Corsica. Service, location and food were excellent. Philipp looked after us on the beach and he was a pleasure to talk to and share laughs with. Looked after us really well and we will definitely visit again”

“Me and my boyfriend stayed here in May 2026 for two nights, paid a lot of money for the two nights as was advertised to be an air conditioned room with a sea view, when we arrived we were mistaken. No aircon or fans available and had to spend the heatwave with a tiny little window and the room over looked a bush and drain. Room was a nice size and Very modern, looked very romantic and clean apart from the tablets left on the floor from previous people and the cups (only given one) for tea and coffee were dirty and had to be washed up. Please do not expect to be able to bring food to your rooms as you will get told they do not have plates or any cutlery. The night life is good and cheap drink but if you come here for a relaxing weekend DONT! music was playing until 1am and echoed the rooms. The distance to the beach was around 2 minutes walking. Staff were okay.”

“Let’s just start with. The rooms are banging. Great value for money to stay in a contemporary vibe and setting. The beds are comfortable af. I honestly didn’t wanna get out and check out. Secondly the fact it’s based in a club/pub with live music and food just tipped it off. It was the icing on the cake. A place that has it all. And it’s smack bang on the seafront with the beach being a stone throw away. It’s at the end of the high street but it’s worth the visit. A minor walk from Costa coffee. It’s bang on the party street of Albion street. Where all the major pubs and clubs everyone ends up. Shout out to Cara for making my stay a blast. Definitely bring mates next time so I hope they have spare rooms. A must stay. You can’t go wrong. Good value for money. On 100m (if that) from the beach. On the high street. Amongst, and the best places to go in broadstairs. This place is really an all in one.”

“Lovely spot to stay close the world renowned glorious Kentish coastline of Broadstairs. Perfect for couples, single travellers or groups who would enjoy the short 50s yards walk down to the seafront to see the wonderful Viking, Joss, Louisa, and Stone bays. Close to local charities shops, train station, arthouse cinema, restaurants, galleries, famous Charles Dickens house and much more. Check out the top-notch Mexican restaurant on site with food for everyone's taste. The room was comfortable and great size including full toiletries in the bathroom. The bar on site was lovely experience with friendly locals and staff. Some minor flaws but easily fixable with different cleaning team. Absolutely brilliant trip. Well worth it.”
