  “By far the best nail salon in clifton I've tried. Really tidy and well done Biab with gel polish. Loved the style and colour. Quick service once youre sat down and often takes walk ins but not always on time with booked appointments.”

  “Been coming to this place for years! The staff are soo lovely and attentive. (Not constantly on their phone like other places.) They’ll listen to what you want and throughout the process will ask you if the nails/colour/shape is okay. A lot of people who do write bad reviews don’t like talking up in person, so they leave with something they don’t like. Personally I think the staff at this salon welcome you to ask for correction etc, so it should never really be a problem. I would say some of the techs are more skilled than others, although I’m assuming most places are like that- and everyone does has their favourite nail tech, no matter where you go!”

  “I’ve tried a number of nail salons in the Clifton Down area and this is by far the best. I have fibromyalgia(a pain condition) and they are so gentle with my hands, never nicking my skin with the nail tools(which I’ve experienced with other nail salons in Clifton down). They are always super nice and polite too. Would highly recommend.”

  “I. went few times for same gel manicure. The gentleman in there is good and takes his time. The lady who appears like is the boss showed no care. Each time routine was different and rushed. Most recent visit my 2 of my nailbeds were left flooded with gel, and gel on 3 of my nails had the gel cracking off 4 days after the manicure was applied. On one occasion I could see uneveness on the nail under the gel. I now told myself never to go there again even though they are a walking in service”

  “They make the biab on my real nails, nice form, quick, recommend cat eyes color which I never had before, that is magical. Their skill is amazing and professional, I so much love my Christmas nail, friends asked where had I done. Definitely I'll come back.”

  “I got gel nails done here. It’s a very good price and my nails were done very quickly and very well but the woman who was doing my nails was coughing on my hands the whole time which just ruined the experience. She was lovely and admittedly did put a mask on midway through but still coughing all over my hands whilst doing my nails with no attempt to cover it was not very nice.”

  “Just walked in today for extensions. l showed them the photo and they said they could do it and they killed it. I didn’t get the man’s name but he did a fabulous job at my nails. He was incredibly meticulous when shaping my nails and is incredibly skilled in design. My french tips and flower design are so perfect :)) cutest nails ever”

  “Amazing choice of colours, especially if you like all the glitters and chromes, and a super speedy service (so don’t be alarmed if you’re not sat down straight away or exactly when you booked). The full pedicure is a lovely treat, super neat and the staff are friendly. Highly recommend!”
