  “I've been attending this salon for nearly 1yr now and they usually do a good service for the price. What I don't appreciate is the way they make me feel. If I question cautiously anything, as I don't know everything when it comes to acrylic or background colours, they answer in a snappy way or huff and puff and then talk to each other regularly in their own language which is very rude. I'm sitting there and they do not converse with me, yet I see them conversing with other customers. Why? Best I don't say. I spend so much time apologising everytime they snap at me as I do not wish upset them. Overall they often make me want to burst into tears. I've decided that I shall use another nail technician. It will cost nearly double but for my piece of mind I'm willing to pay extra. Such a shame. 😢”

  “amazing service and experience with this place! i went a few days ago during a quiet period and they did an amazing job on my nails. they're so friendly! striking up a conversation about my tattoo and also even grabbing a heat pack as it was a cold afternoon. and i'll definitely be back”

  “Powder with gel polish £35. Great application and filing techniques. Especially appreciated the under nail attention that most nail salons I've been to ignore. Very happy with my new nails 😁”

  “These guys are amazing - I only ever get gel nails but they always last longer here than anywhere else and they always do a really neat and attentive job. This time I got a french manicure which was done beautifully given it's my natural nail and not very long!”

  “I love this place. Although they don’t engage in communication with you, they do a great job. Very happy with my nails every time. Also I appreciate that you get to know the price at the beginning, compared to other places where they tell you the price at the end”

  “I’ve been here twice, once for full set and second time today for infills, so pleased with the service, although they are super busy, they really are worth the wait, efficient and friendly service both times I’ve been, really pleased with the results, I had a terrible experience with Ruby nails in filton, but Nail Tech treated my nails, fixed the issues and now I have gorgeous nails again! I don’t live locally but I’m happy to travel to this salon! Also, thank you to the sweet lady for choosing this lush pink colour for me, I would’ve been there all day trying to pick from the many, many colours they have! Overall such a nice vibe in the shop, the couple that run the place are super nice and accommodating! See you soon (I wont leave it 4 weeks for infills next time, yes you read that right, my full set was still in brilliant condition after 4 weeks) ;)”

  “Always friendly, do a good job and fairly priced. Only place close enough to patchway. Have been going there for a long time. Always have tv on with music or kids shows so suitable to bring children if you have to, as I do. Loyalty card available as well so worth going back!”
