  “I visited this salon at short notice after another nail shop left my nails damaged, and I'm so glad I found them. The team were friendly, professional, and clearly very skilled. They took the time to assess the condition of my nails, explain my options, and carefully redo them. I never felt rushed, and the result was excellent. The only reason I'm giving 4 rather than 5 stars is that I found the price for a gel paint a little higher than expected. However, they were transparent about the pricing and took the time to explain the costs, which I appreciated. The salon itself is also beautiful, clean, and welcoming. If I lived closer, this would definitely become my regular nail salon.”

  “Such a fabulous place! Went on a Thursday afternoon, was seen almost immediately. The worker took so much care on shaping my nails. The biab was not too thick or lumpy, and no issues with heat spikes. Fun Vietnamese music on the TV was very entertaining and made for a great atmosphere! Price was very good, especially given the quality of service :)”

  “Best place to get your nails done for the first time! I went a little while ago now with my mum and friends. The staff here were very patient with us all, most of us not knowing what the process was like getting our nails professionally done for the first time. Any questions we asked were met with detailed answers to help us choose what we would like and to make the process very clear. The nail design I wanted from a photograph I saw online had some very fine lines, and the staff member painted the design with an expert finish! I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. Nail design - goofy ducks! I love the duck's feet on my pinky finger 🦆 These were nail polish on my natural nail shape (no gels or acrylics). Hope this helps!”

  “My second time here was a bit disappointing. The nail technician was very sweet and offered to change the nail shape twice but did not seem to get the shape quite right for BIAB. I first asked for a round shape but realised that it was a bit challenging for her to stick to a round shape so I asked her to stick to square shape as it would have been easier with the length reduced. Even with that she did not seem to do a good job unfortunately. I have multiple air bubbles which I pointed out and she redid one side but it’s not neat and the two hands ended up having different lengths. Compared to my first time here I felt like the service was a bit rushed and did not meet the level of quality and satisfaction. I did end up filing my left hand nails after I got home even with that I can’t seem to match them both as the right hand nails are quite short in length. Might reconsider going there again.”
