  “I've been using the service for about a year, with good experience until yesterday. I had booked ahead and showed what design I wanted. I was told they could do it. The first nail tech clearly didn't know what he was doing and I immediately pointed it out. He simply dismissed me. After more than an hour of absolute rubbish, another nail tech took over and managed to get the nails done. Of course, a far cry from the design I requested and paid £68 for. I was there for 5 hours!”

  “Very kind professional staff. I brought in a design, and they made my nails look amazing. They took their time to make it look as good as possible. I got a matching pedicure. Happy customer, would recommend. Also, it is a very clean salon, I appreciate the attention to cleanliness.”
