  “I agree with the latest reviews - some staff are great, but the newest members are not so much. I have been coming to this salon for nearly 2 years and the last 6 months I have been disappointed each time. The young gentleman who did my nails a few times is very slow and the finish effect is poor. During my last visit, it took 2.5h to do BIAB infill, to the point where I said I needed to go. Most customers who came after me have left before me, and it was really frustrating. I also don't think you can charge the same price by a trainee or an experienced technician. Long story short, I have found another great nail bar in the city centre, and after my first visit yesterday, I will be going back there. It is a shame as I did like Bristol Nails And Spa but I do not want to be unhappy with my nails after each visit.”

  “If you're looking for the best nail salon in Bristol, look no further I've visited many salons over the years, but this is the only one I keep coming back to. The service here is consistently high-quality, and the fact that there’s little to no turnover among the staff means the standards remain exceptionally high. I wholeheartedly recommend this salon to anyone seeking excellent nails in Bristol city centre. The staff are warm and engaging, and the quality of the manicure is exceptional.”

  “Some of the staff are great, others not so much. I waited over 30 minutes to begin, the store was slightly busy but not crazy, around 5 people in total. I then had a young gentleman begin my BIAB infill, it took him almost two hours to do a simple french tip, which I had to keep asking him to tidy the base as there were uneven coats and messy cuticle areas. I then requested a fine French tip which again took an awfully long time to complete and to be quite honest is awful quality - thick lines, thin lines, smudged lines and imperfect lines. I did not have time to hang around and ask for them to be redone as I had already mentioned needing to leave asap for another appointment. I often give benefit of the doubt for businesses however this is not the first time I’ve left dissatisfied with my service and my outcome.”

  “I’m a regular Bristol visitor mostly because of this nail shop 😊 Unlike others i experienced before, they respect my preference in shapes, length and colour. Because of this after few times visiting the shop, I started listening to their recommendation (ofc only when I don’t have specific nail ideas in my mind) and they have never disappointed me 💅”

  “After being disappointed in a past nail shop in Fishponds, I came here on a whim for my birthday nails. Straight away, the staff were so accommodating, they offered me a drink and they just exceeded my expectations. Anne was so lovely and really went above and beyond to get me the nails I wanted. I’m definitely coming back here as I made sure to get a stamp card!!! Best place I’ve been to in Bristol so far!!”

  “Best place in Bristol! I’ve been to several nails shops, and this is by far the best. All the staff is super friendly, welcoming, kind, and extremely present and caring while doing your nails. Plus, they’re the only ones that have nailed my nails! 🤣 they gave them a natural look, and they’re not too thick (as other shops do). And they’re even cheaper than other places. I’m definitely going back 👌🏻”
