  “My nails are normally amazing I went in and showed the photo (I got theses nails 2 weeks ago previously) the bow is nothing like the inspo pic they drilled and filed after the nails were done the bows are Completely different on both my fingers and the acrylic powder is stuck under the nail you can see the fake nail through the design ect”

  “Walked in at 10am and told the wait would be an hour - after over an hour asked how much longer as others were being seen before me who came in after…told another 30 minutes! Had to leave as I had an appointment that I would have been late for. Terrible customer service, taking on more appts and walk ins than they can manage. Waste of my time sat there for over an hour! The”

  “Appointment is booked for 12:30pm. It's now 1:10pm and still haven't been seen. No communication for how long I'm going to be waiting. This is not the 1st time this has happened. No apology for the long overdue wait. The lady in front of me has been waiting 90 minutes to be seen, despite her having an appointment. Customer service is awful. Wait times are horrific. Definitely won't be coming back here again!!”

  “First time coming here with my daughter for a girls day out, I had a set in mind and showed the staff pictures ect, they were happy to do them and I am so pleased with them, nails are beautiful, the shape and the free hand nail detail was impressive, very quick at doing the nails, I was happy with how friendly all the staff I spoke to were, I felt at ease and comfortable in the salon and I will definitely be using this place for my nails from now on, thank you again”

  “Came here after another shop messed up my nails, and on recommendation, I must say I was not disappointed, staff were friendly, understood exactly what I wanted. Took there time to make sure all were perfect, there was a bit of wait but I can see why, because there so good! Highly recommend!! I will definitely be coming back!”

  “I've had several gel manicures here and they're always neat and last ages (3 weeks at least) this photo was taken after 18 days. Not the cleanest place but they work their socks off (I really hope they get proper breaks as I never see them stop working) Would recommend!”
