  “I visited a few days ago. After reading some of the lower reviews mentioning rude behaviour and poor customer service, I have to say I partly agree. The service is not cheap, especially as it is cash only. They did spend around 45 minutes per person and the quality of the work itself was generally good. However, the way customers are dealt with needs improvement. Simple communication would make a big difference. They should explain what they are planning to do, as not every customer knows the process and for some it may even be their first visit. Better interaction would greatly improve the overall experience.”

  “Awful service, when I walked in no one greeted me. They are not kind. My nails were rushed. When I mentioned my nails were crooked she did nothing about it. I would not recommend.”

  “I have gone to this nail salon a few times and can highly recommend. Such quick service and friendly couple that work on customers. Can recreate any nail design shown! Decent prices and cash only place. Quickest nail salon I’ve been too with such high standard and quality”

  “Highly recommend, fair price and a lovely couple that runs it. They were very lovely towards myself, my daughter and my niece. The lady did such a good job on my nails and I have no complaints. I will definitely go again!”

  “I have been going to ruby nails for years now. The couple who run it are very nice and I never have any issues. The prices are fair and they have a great selection of colours. Even if they are busy which it often is, they will still give you the time for what you want. Sometimes there is a queue because they are popular but they work in order. I don’t go anywhere else. Clean store, helpful and polite staff.”

  “I used to have my nails done at Ruby Nails, before Covid and was always pleased, with the results, so it was only natural, that I would go back there. The salon is always clean and tidy. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. A great selection of colours to choose from. So pleased to have my nails looking great again. Thank you to the staff at Ruby Nails.   “All those staff are really rude. I am 8 months pregnant but I traveled 3 times because she didn't do her job properly .She saw that she did her job wrongly . ipay £38 so i call 6 times the next day no one receives my call. No one answers me nicely when I go into the shop. What I am paying for is a total waste of my money and time for £38.”

  “Never again. When I got my nails done they absolutely shredded the skin around four of my nails. I had to wear plasters on my fingers because they were covered in blood and then scabbed up. When I got my nails removed they filed them down so thin that other nail techs from more reputable salons were shocked by, and told me I couldn’t have acrylics for months. It took six months for my nails to recover from this. Everyone in this salon was incredibly rude, I would not recommend at all!”
