“I have been going here for YEARS! However the last visit was extremely unpleasant. I asked the lady if she could change the white tip as it was too large (it wasn’t like the imagine I had show her at the start) and she was extremely rude! Never have I experienced something like that before, I’m paying for a service and I left feeling very upset. I won’t be going here again and I’ll make sure to tell other people the same!!”
