The food is consistently fresh, delicious, and made with high-quality ingredients. Every meal I've had here has been excellent, with generous portions and great value for money. The restaurant is always clean, well-maintained, and has a pleasant atmosphere. As a local resident, I can honestly say that having EFES Kebab and Pizza House nearby is one of the best benefits of living in Bridgnorth.   “I'm certain I've just been given rotten meat from this kebab shop. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, and a donor meat and chips while I was waiting I noticed the meat in the fridges had some grey spots the way a steak does when it's turning bad. I then noticed while they prepared my food one of the men behind the counter take some already cooked fries and put them back in the fryer to warm them up instead of freshly cooked chips, I put these things to the back of my mind. When I got the food back to the car my misses started to say that my food stinks, I just paid £20 for this and she's doesn't eat kebab anyway so I'm eating it. I ate about 3 bites and the smell was horrific. It smelled like a dirty butcher, I threw it straight in the bin gagging as I did so and on the way home brought a miniature vodka to attempt to kill whatever may be in my stomach. When I got home it was straight to the bathroom. When I think back to when I was in the shop I don't recall there was a kebab cooking on the rotisserie I think like the chips they were re using old kebab meat from another day. This place is not cheap and frankly I think there hygiene practices and blatant lack of respect for the customers is disgusting. Never eating here again and I am a loyal customer of good restaurants. Their loss.”

  “Great until you have a issue with you order like are last order wrong items, cold food after two hour wait and greasy. Once you complain they shoot at you for phoning up”
