  “Having ordered for a takeaway Birthday meal at 5pm to coĺlect at 7pm.I was still sitting in a freezing cold shop waiting for it at 720. The excuse was they were busy.When the order arrived it was placed on the counter no thank you!Another customer assisted me with the door as it was a large order.£91 90 in total. We arrived home a 2min journey.The order was wrong the crispy chickencantonese style was some sort of reconstituted muck floating in a red over spiced sauce. All the food was cold the chips were obviously reheated and now cold again so hard you could not eat them.I wont go on. A complete disaster! Both my husband and I have been up all night with stomach pain.They obviously cant cope with large orders and dont know how to keep them warm.They dont listen properly on the phone when taking the order .The crispy chicken was repeated to them three times.Never again a total nightmare!”

  “We have used this Chinese for so many years and we have always been happy with every aspect of this Chinese .But we were extremely disappointed that we had guests for 2 weeks and both times it was incorrect and tonight resulting in vegetarians eating beef .We had spoken to the girl on the phone said vegetarian vegetable yuc sung the girl even repeated the order back to us and at the shop yet we have come home and it is not.This resulted in vegetarians eating beef after trusting ourselves and your take away. After informing you of the issue, no remorse was displayed and the cashier said “so what do you want me to do about it “. I am absolutely shocked, after all these years of loyalty. We will not be returning and will be sharing our experience with all of our friends and family. We are never ones to complain but what a let down to a celebratory night!”

  “I ordered a few weeks ago and was really impressed with the quality. The honey ribs were cooked beautifully, tender and full of flavour. The Yung Chow fried rice was spot‑on — perfectly cooked and well balanced. The curry sauce tasted fantastic too, although it was a little on the watery side for my preference. I’ll ask for it a bit thicker next time, but overall the meal was excellent. Would happily order again.”

  “Ordering at this takeaway was very quick, and as I had sensitivities to certain ingredients in the meal, I requested no veg and for the dish to be non-spicy, which was perfectly adhered to. Food was absolutely delicious. I totally recommend this place for a great chinese meal, for great value, the only thing I would change is the fact that it is cash-only payment. I would love them to bring in card payment instore and over the phone in the not too distant future. Other than that, a great place for a terrific meal, and wonderful service”
