  “Ordered through uber eats. estimated around 30-40 mins delivered order hadn’t turn up so after an hour i rang and they told me it would be a couple mins so i waited. another hour past and it still hadn’t turned up dispite on the uber eats app it say it was heading my way for the past 2 hours. finally after another 40 mins i rang back to then be told apparently they don’t have my order!!!! and then they put it as complete on uber eats when it never showed up”

  “We visited here after looking for a dessert shop close to Lister Park as we fancied some ice cream. Really impressed mashaAllah. Finally a dessert shop that actually gives decent portions and uses quality ingredients. The sundaes were delicious. I love that they actually had things mixed throughout like chocolate chips etc instead of just scoops of plain ice cream. The milkshakes also got good feedback from the people who had them. We had waffle bites - so nice! Another of us tried the lotus cheesecake and loved that too. The people working in the shop were really polite and friendly. They have seating as well. Great find and nice to know it’s here if we’re ever visiting the park again.”

  “Ordered online and there was a small mistake with my order, but the team sorted it out quickly with no hassle. Really appreciated how helpful and understanding they were. Desserts were fresh, tasted great, and the portions were really good. Great customer service and they handled the issue professionally. I order from here often and service has always been 10/10. Huge thanks to Raees. Thanks for the bubblegum ice cream 🩷”

  “Loved everything from Shake House! The Chocolate Sundae was so good, and both the strawberry smoothie and mixed berries smoothie were really refreshing and tasty. I’ve also tried the Oreo shake before and it was amazing. Definitely recommend!”

  “Shakehouse is my go to dessert shop, I refuse to go anywhere else. The service from the staff is exceptional and the desserts are always on point, i can’t complain. The milkshakes are by far the best in bradford even Yorkshire, it tastes like drinking an ice cream. 10 stars for the lads at shakehouse and another 10 stars for the quality of the desserts.”

  “Absolutely appalling, ordered a milkshake and a dessert through uber and the took 2 hours to deliver my order, they kept on delaying from 30 mins to 2 hours. I was waiting from 9:30 till 11:30, By the time it arrived the desert was sickly and sloppy the ice cream had fully melted to a watery mess and brownie was cold and tasteless . First and last time ever trying this Dessert Shop. seen good things about this place on the reviews but clearly not true. Will stick to Delise Desserts for my next orders from now on they top any other shop in Bradford.”

  “I’ve tried quite a few cookie doughs, and I can honestly say this is the best I’ve ever had! The quality is amazing — perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, and absolutely delicious. Every bite leaves you wanting more! The ice cream is incredible too, and the waffle was just as tasty. Highly recommend!”

  “Very poor service, Takeaway service originally stated will be 1 hour then stated delayed by another 30 minutes. That time passed and upon calling was told the order is being prepared. It's best practice to refuse taking orders if you can not fulfil it rather than disappointing people. 2 hours 20 minutes later delivery came and flooda was spilled onto other food.”

  “Everything was 10/10 the food service and atmosphere were all amazing the dessert was beautiful freshly made to perfection glad to see them getting the recognition they deserve which is why I’m taking my time to leave a review to recommend Shakehouse the prices are more than worth it it’s very cheap for what you are getting unlike most overpriced dessert places in Bradford.”

  “Great selection of sweet treats on the menu. Staff really friendly and interactive with the children. Food prepared quickly, well presented and delivered to the table by staff. Great quality food and and good value for money. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.”
