About Lahori Dhaba

Lahori Dhaba serves Pakistani food at 4 Food Court in Bradford, with table service and staff taking orders directly from diners. The menu runs through lamb karahi, chicken karahi, and Chicken Sindhi biryani, alongside a Royal Dhesi Thali, lamb chops, haleem, samosas, tawa mixed grill, and khamiri roti and roughni naan, with the garlic naan carrying a heavier garlic hand than most. A separate prayer room sits on site for those wanting to pray before or after eating. The dining room stays free of loud music, leaving space for conversation over the meal. Step-free access suits visitors with mobility needs, and high chairs are on hand for families with young children. Reservations are recommended, and the restaurant opens daily. Parking is available on site.

Customer Review Summary

Reviewers repeatedly single out the lahori lamb karahi and the tawa mixed grill, with the Royal Dhesi Thali, Chicken Sindhi biryani, lamb chops, haleem, and honey chicken wings also drawing praise for arriving fresh and hot. Close behind the food, the table service gets consistent attention, with several diners naming individual waitstaff as friendly, attentive, and quick to check in throughout the meal, and one visitor also praised the host's effort to seat a large group together. A few note extras like the garlic naan having more garlic than other places and one solo diner mentioning the grilled fish and salad worked well for a dietary plan. Against this, two reviewers describe a distinctly negative visit: one reports a chicken stir fry that tasted old and possibly used rotten noodles, and both describe a staff interaction where a complaint about food was met with dismissiveness rather than resolution. The recurring detail across most other visits is staff repeatedly checking back at the table to make sure the order was right.

“Had a the pleasure of having lunch & breakfast here recently, food has been consistent and delicious resembling flavours of Lahore. Service has been second to none, especially from a member of staff called Benish, this sister has always been very accommodating & mindful. highly recommended”

“This was a very eventful visit. I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant. The atmosphere was dark, gloomy and unwelcoming. I was served by a lady named beenish and she was absolutely lovely I just wish she was able to find a workplace that deserved her, she’s a lovely lady and has a genuine interest and passion in her role. The food was even more disappointing I had ordered a chicken stir fry and it was old and made with no love. It had no taste and a sense of uncleanliness. I believe a 5 year old could produce a better stir fry. On this note I further believe I was served rotten noodles. The ratings of this restaurant are LIES please do not waste ur money here………”

“I visited Lahore Dhaba yesterday and was disappointed with the service I received. During my visit, I felt that the way our concerns were handled was rude and dismissive, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We expected to be treated with courtesy and respect as customers. We informed a member of staff named Beenish that we were unhappy with the food, but instead of our concerns being addressed, we felt that we were simply told to have some tea and leave. She was really rude and unprofessional. Another staff member appeared to be trying to assist and understand our concerns, but the situation was not handled professionally. Overall, the experience left us with a negative impression. Wouldn’t recommend”
