“I had a hair in my burger! And the guy i spoke to called Mohammed literally told me on the phone that he doesn’t care if hygiene standards aren’t met! He was plain rude and not bothered in the slightest. If anything he thought compensation for this failure was for ME to come collect another burger! Shocking and zero customer service skills from Mohammed. The main manager is a lovely man and I’m honestly shocked at how poor mohammed was.”
