  “The food was decent, but the overall experience was disappointing. The waiting time was far too long, and the service was slow throughout our visit. I had to ask for the dessert twice, and it only arrived at the same time as the bill, which completely defeated the purpose of ordering it. Unfortunately, the poor service overshadowed the meal.”

  “Went with a friend and got the golden menu so had the entire meal for free!! Just a great promotional experience. We only paid for drinks which were reasonably priced. The cold meze was delightful and the meats were well seasoned. The lamb was a tad stiff but the salad and the chips were phenomenal. The vibe was very chill, fast and friendly service from Tomas thank you for a great experience!!”

  “Came in for a quick glass of wine and nibbles with a friend and was greeted by lovely Agata, made us feel very welcomed and gave off a great atmosphere. The food came out quickly and the wine was lovely. We met the manager Chris who checked on us and also was very welcoming and kind. It was a great experience definitely recommend!!!”

  “Chris made the service go from 2 stars to 5 stars. After we asked for our food 40mins after ordering the first waitress was rude ans then Chris came and spoke to us, he was fun and polite great with people, we ended up having a fun chat and laugh he also personally bring us our food. Although the food is very small for the price.”

  “Service was super fast, food tasted amazing! The upstairs terrace is lovely for evening meals. Chris was attentive from the very beginning helping us cater for a birthday surprise, bringing out a desert with a candle. Chris generally had a great energy and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you, will definitely return”

  “We attended as a group of 9 for a work lunch. The staff were fantastic!.. really friendly and went out of their way to help us decorate the table. On top of that the pre-food orders were managed really well and the food was delicious. We couldn't have chosen a better place. Thank you.”

  “Honestly one of the best places to eat in Bournemouth. The service is amazing and the people there are always lovely. 100% recommend if you want to try Greek food or have a dinner out during the summer.”

  “Booked a table for 19.30, got there at 19.25 got allocated table. Waiter came and took our order within 10 minutes. our drinks arrived after 5 minutes then we waited at least 15 minutes before we saw the manager/ waiter again. Then we heard complaints from tables either side of us so we asked how long our order would be. To which we got told there was a delay and would be at least 45 mins to an hour. So I asked why we wasn't informed of this when we arrived. I then asked for complimentary nibbles. We got olives and fries. And told by the manager now let's not cry anymore!!!!!. Errrrr seriously how is that good customer service.!!!! After another 25mins,We then asked the young waiter how long our food would be, bless him. He was getting crap from everyone. He told us there was at least 3 orders before us. Even though the manager told us our table was next.Not happy, the manager then came back and tried to blame the young waiter for not informing us of the delay. The manager had no people skills at all and spoke down to me, as a paying customer.Not once did he apologise and the table next to us totally agreed with us. I ended up telling the manager i no longer want to eat here because his attitude is disgusting and was going to leave he said fine. We left without eating. And I hope the people on the next table left without paying because that service doesn't warrant a payment. The fact the manager showed zero care towards his customers doesn't paint real Greek restaurant in a good light..its a shame because myself and my partner was looking forward to eating at the restaurant we will n longer go to the real Greek restaurant in any area because of this.”
