“Not a pleasant experience on this ocasion. Tiny chicken thighs and dry. Small and dry portion of chips. Got order wrong although i already had paid. They need to sort out their kitchen and their communication. Won't be returning for sometime. Dissapointing.”

“Impeccable service. Food was zero stars. Wings tasted weird - boiled meat which barely touched the grill; also they were extremely small and hairy; for more than £1/wing that is unacceptable. I have asked for 2 thighs in my pita, I have got a thigh and a breast plus the meat itself was unseasoned. Chips were crap, appalling - the cheapest of the cheapest, uncoated s(o they lose their crispiness after 30 seconds), barely warm.”

“Nando’s in Bournemouth has officially become our "go-to" spot, and for good reason! We find ourselves visiting at least 2–3 times every month, and it never disappoints. The food is consistently incredible—honestly, it’s so satisfying and tasty that I could go on and on about it. We almost always order the chicken wings or the chicken breast, and they are prepared perfectly every single time: tender, juicy, and seasoned just right. It’s the kind of meal that genuinely feeds the soul. While there are plenty of other chicken spots in the area—Peri-Peri, Rooster Peri-Peri, Chickings, you name it—Nando’s is in a league of its own and tops them all. Highly recommend!”

“Avoid like the plague. Worst Nando’s I’ve ever been to in 10 years. Every member of staff was rude. Ordered a half chicken, fries and broccoli. Food arrived in 2 minutes (concerning) Broccoli came on the same plate (not SEPERATE bowl as usual) and every bit of food was cold. Told them this, but because I had eaten some of the COLD chicken they only re-made me a 1/4 chicken? Then proceeded to plate the broccoli on the same plate again.. 😂 pathetic, I didn’t even finish that part of the 1/4 chicken. I actually think they just reheated the same food they served me.. explains why it still tasted just as bad as the first time and the chips looked like they had been cooked 5 times. Partners halloumi was also burnt. Wasn’t even worth mentioning as they clearly don’t know how to cook or prepare anything properly. Needs an AUDIT/INSPECTION.. terrible management.”
