  “We had a fantastic work meal at Blanco Lounge in Horwich with a large group of more than 10 people, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and there was plenty of choice for everyone. Despite being a large group, the service was excellent throughout the evening. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very accommodating, making sure everyone was looked after and that everything ran smoothly. The atmosphere was relaxed, lively, and welcoming, which made it the perfect setting for a work get-together. Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed the food, drinks, and overall experience. A big thank you to all the staff for making our evening so enjoyable. We would definitely come back and highly recommend Blanco Lounge for both group meals and casual dining!”

  “Had such a lovely experience at Blanco! 😊 Edyta was absolutely wonderful — really warm, attentive and genuinely lovely throughout our visit. Her customer service was excellent and she made us feel really welcome. She also went the extra mile and helped me get a VAT receipt from my visit last week, which I really appreciated. It’s the little things like this that make such a difference. Really lovely service from Edyta and a great experience overall. ⭐️”

  “Popped in here for breakfast. We had pancakes, I had the fruity option and my husband had the bacon option. They were both very nice. I don’t know if they were in-house pancakes or bought in Scotch Pancakes but they were good, and the maple mascarpone and blueberries were lovely, with a really excellent fruit compote! We had an orange juice and a pot of tea, the tea was by Clifton, which was very pleasant instead of one of the generic brands, and I got a good 3 cups out of the pot! Staff were friendly and warm, and the place itself has a wonderful chilled out and comfortable vibe. Very nice way to start the day!”

  “This is a really great place for food and drinks wether it's morning, lunch or cocktails in the evening. The staff are so friendly attentive and helpful, cannot possibly do any more for you. This has to be one of my favourite food places on the retail park by far. Definitely try the food you will not be disappointed. Love love love this place”

  “I have been here twice now and each time food was cooked perfectly and really tasty and quick service & fairly priced. I will be coming again to try a new dish! The cocktails are also 10/10!”

  “Situated in Middlebrook upstairs in the centre block along with the other restaurants. There's a lift or you can park in the multistorey on the roof. Lovely large, quirky, brightly coloured decor with handprints portraits on the walls. We ordered the halloumi burger with fries £13.95, I chose the sweet potato fries and my partner the regular fries which were crispy and lovely. I was abit disspointed that the halloumi was breaded, as there's no need to if its cooked properly. But the rest of the burger was good. I also had the pink smoothie which was cranberry, blueberry's and banana £5.95 and was nice. I also had a coffee which was awful, one of the worst I've ever had. It was tasteless despite the waitress putting an extra shot in it. I mentioned it to the waitress and she offered to regund me, she also said that the machine was calibrated every morning so all I can assume is that the coffee's beans are not to my liking, too weak. Thus is the second time I've eaten here and last time the coffee was ok.”

  “Have visited Blanco Lounge a number of time now and have enjoyed a nice variety of breakfasts. You do get something different to other venues close by. Service is fine although value could be a little better.”

  “Blanco Lounge at Middlebrook is from The Loungers chain and is a solid and reliable option to grab food while visiting Middlebrook. It is located on the upper level of the retail park. The vibes are similar to any Lounge with added touches for the location. I like how they have an illustration of the Bolton Wanderers stadium, which they’re located right by, and even the name “Blanco Lounge” adds a touch to Bolton Wanderers. There is an outdoor seating area which can be enjoyed in warmer weather, yet the indoor area is relaxing with comfortable seating. I’ve visited here a couple of times now, and although I did have some minor issues when they first opened with portion size and food quality, these issues are long gone. The staff are friendly, and like any Lounge, my allergy was taken seriously with a Manager taking my order at the bar. The gluten-free menu is large and extensive and has many options, including fried chicken, burgers, tapas and brunch. On my most recent visit, I went for the GF Lounge Breakfast, swapping the bacon for an extra sausage. It was hot and tasty, and I enjoyed it. There was a slight issue with the egg. I asked for an extra egg, with both eggs being poached, however there must have been some miscommunication as one was fried, and one was poached, but nothing major. Pricing is reasonable, and the staff are friendly, and I look forward to returning here.”

  “Happened upon this place by accident and what a find. Great place for either a coffee/ beer or lunch etc. They serve all day breakfasts, burgers, flatbreads, sandwiches, tapas, salad bowls etc. I had the roasted pepper, onion & feta flatbread with sweet potato fries and it was delicious. Just the right amount of heat/spice in the sauce. Good amount of vegetarian options.”
