  “Came down to this place in the afternoon with some friends. The food was amazing and customer service was incredible! despite a busy a shop, we still received quality food and customer service.   “Hello, I would like to make a complaint about my recent order. The paratha I received was burnt and not fit to eat. When I raised this issue with your staff, I was disappointed by their rude and unprofessional behaviour. Instead of resolving the problem politely, they treated me disrespectfully. I hope you will look into this matter, improve your food quality, and ensure your staff deal with customers in a respectful and professional manner. I would appreciate an appropriate resolution. Thank you.”

  “Didn't expect the food to be so good! After trying a few pratha places I thought this would be the same (not much taste & heavy on the stomach) but surprisingly this has been a great 'pratha stop' 😄 and we are pratha lovers so definitely recommend a visit! The pratha, egg, omelette, tea everything hit the spot! The prathas were massive and very tasty!! Crunchy & not so thick at all (as u get in most places) will definitely be coming here again The deco/seating and desi feels made it even better 😊 & Vino, the guy serving us, made us feel so welcome with his lovely friendly character”

  “Amazing place, food was spectacular. I went with chicken tikka paratha. For such a large paratha and chicken, I'd expect more than a small tray of sauces, but the price of the paratha is good enough that it's understandable. I asked the young lad with glasses for another tray of sauces at the early parts of my meal. He advised it would be an extra to pay for, to which I said that's fine and I'll pay for it after and it was completely ignored, I finished up and left. Overall atmosphere was great, milkshakes were amazing, food was amazing, I think service could definitely be worked on”

  “This place is amazing.....my new favourite 😍. The masala donner pizza paratha was full of flavour. The keema paratha and plain paratha with shami kebab were delicious. Order at your own risk as the parathas are humongous 😆 1 paratha can easily feed 2/3 people. The little 1's enjoyed the Nutella paratha 🥰 Compliments to the chef 👨‍🍳 🫡 Hope to visit again soon and try some other items on the menu. Highly recommend this place 👌🏼”

  “I never left a bad review before as wanted to support the business but This is the third time it has happened despite requesting to cook the paratha properly.. always get a half burnt, half uncooked paratha!!! Reduce the size of your parathas if your skillet is not big enough. Will not be ordering again !!!!”

  “Went there with friends, we all were hungry! The size of their paratha was quite big. Thanks God, we had people who knew that already. We had plain paratha and chicken tikka, plain paratha and aloo qeema and we had an aloo gobi paratha and smash burgers. Plain paratha was the star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Aloo gobi paratha and the burgers were a fail for me I am afraid. We expected gobi for the crunch, but it was mashed cauliflower and completely overpowered the taste of paratha. I am not a fan of meat but I think burgers were average, considering none of us was keen on finishing burgers. I expected it to be heavy on pocket but surprisingly it was not so bad. The achar was really gooood!! -we paid for the extra achar too. - There were no cold drinks. :/ -self service - Plenty of parking. I will be visiting again with family, in future. Hoping to try their chat and chai as well next time. Overall a good hangout place!!”

  “I visited Paratha Stop in Bolton and had a fantastic experience. Zubair was the one managing and taking our order, and his service was excellent — very friendly, professional, and welcoming. We ordered three parathas, and they were served fresh, hot, and full of flavour. The quality of the food was outstanding, and you could really tell everything was prepared with care. It was comforting, authentic, and very satisfying. The overall atmosphere was great, and the service from Zubair made the experience even better. He handled everything professionally and made sure we were happy with our order.”

  “Love their food! I have been going there ever since its opened! I always order their Chicken Tikka paratha, its one of my fav foods! I could eat it everyday, with the mint mayo and salad! Their breakfast paratha, loaded omelette aloo & keema paratha is also banger! Yesterday i went there for Suhoor in the morning, their staff Junaid was very good with the service. He kept checking on us time to time and made sure everything we got was okay. He made sure our order was according to our customisation. Lovely service, lovely food! Thanks 🙏”
