Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the food, describing it as excellent, full of flavour and generous in portion, with the Nduja pasta, prawn tortellini, gluten-free pizza and desserts named. The Nduja pasta comes with a warning that spicy really means spicy, though the flavours still come through. Close behind are the staff, described as friendly and attentive, including help with a gluten intolerance, and the decor, with flowers, a fireplace and a Garden Room that hosted birthday parties with a buffet and DJ. Cocktails are called delicious and perfectly made. The complaints are small but specific: one diner found the pasta overcooked and falling apart, one visit found the salmon had run out, and one reviewer felt two of the servers looked miserable and burnt out. One diner describes being handed a free pizza hand delivered to the office.

“What a lovely place. The young female staff member was very friendly and attentive especially as one of our group has gluten intolerance. Food was very good, my prawn tortellini was delicious whilst the GF pizza was highly praised.”

“A lovely place with a beautiful, charming atmosphere, filled with lots of flowers, gorgeous decorations, and thoughtful little details that make the whole space feel really special. We were lucky enough to sit next to the fireplace, which made the experience even more cosy and relaxing. It was such a lovely setting for a meal, especially with the warm and inviting atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, they had run out of salmon when we visited, but there were still plenty of other dishes to choose from, so we had no trouble finding some great alternatives. Everything we ordered was beautifully presented and, most importantly, tasted amazing. Every dish was full of flavour, and we really enjoyed everything we tried. We started the evening with cocktails alongside our starters, followed by a bottle of wine with our mains, which made the whole meal feel like a proper treat. The atmosphere, beautiful décor, delicious food, and cosy setting make this a perfect place for a celebration or party. It would also be a wonderful choice for a special dinner with friends or family. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place. We can’t wait to come back!”

“Lovely restaurant to have dinner at. The flavours of the pasta's were very nice. One little thing to point out is that the pasta was a bit overcooked and fell apart. Al dente is the way to go. Desserts were great!”

“Our server Merry was very welcoming and made the experience great.this kind of personality will go far with her career as she has good costumer service.the other two who assisted needed to be more approachable as they intend to look miserable and burnout.the food was great and good portion size.good value for money.overall experience is excellent.the manager who shown us the garden for the party inquiry is also nice.”
