“Very disappointing experience. We were told by a staff member that my husband could work remotely from the café for one day while holidaying in the area, and when we arrived the next day we were then told this was not allowed at all and asked to leave. The handling of the situation was abrupt and unhelpful, and it caused disruption to our plans and a missed work meeting. We've been customers of this cafe for many years and we feel that prices have increased significantly, but the quality of both food and service has noticeably declined and no longer reflects the cost.”
