“Visted 1st time here for there unlimited breakfast . As im celiac cant have gluten . They can cater for me and nothing was to much trouble . Had to have my food cooked separate from the buffet . Had gluten free toast . They have measures in place to cater for gluten free . Highly reccomend to anyone who is gluten free to vist here if you are in blackpool”

“Pre-booked and came in April on a recommend and used the 25% off sign up voucher. A good selection on the menu of starter's, mains and desserts. Friendly, helpful staff and great food. Worth looking at the daytime specials, would definitely recommend.”

“Went here for a Sunday roast, and everything was lovely. We both had a roast each, and shared a cauliflower cheese, followed by a caramel apple betty each. The member of staff who sat us and tended to us during our meal was fab and even recommended the pudding. A great choice. Stuffed! 😋 Definitely be back! …”

“Booked for 4 people on a Sunday after a heavy night in Blackpool. Booked table for 2 o'clock but got there an hour early & they were really quiet so we were seated straight away. 3 of us fancied a Sunday dinner, it said on the website price was £10.99 but it was actually £11.99, but still a reasonable price compared to other places. When the food arrived, one person in our group ordered the cowboy burger & he said it was alright. Unfortunately the Sunday dinner was a bit basic, seemed like all ingredients were frozen & definitely not fresh, not much gravy & could have brought extra in a jug (you could order more gravy and vegetables but for extra money). What was on the plate we ate because we were hungry, but had better elsewhere back home in Leeds. Service was good. Atmosphere in the restaurant was quiet & subdued.”

“Just been today lovely food as always and lovely staff one went above and beyond as my autistic child was saying how his lanyard was a premier inn one and how nice it was, as we were leaving he was actually looking for one to give her but couldn't find one but gave her a red one that was absolutely lovely we shall keep returning here give the man a raise! Haha 😄 thanks again for making it an enjoyable experience x”

Customer Review Summary

Reviewers most often single out the staff, describing a friendly welcome, patience with a group of 12 and several children, and a server who checked repeatedly on a parent who fell outside. Food draws praise too, with the mixed grill, sausage egg and chips, burger stack, skin on chips and Sunday roast with caramel apple betty named. One reviewer with coeliac needs had food cooked separately from the unlimited breakfast buffet and given gluten free toast, and another in a wheelchair says the team bends over backwards. Complaints centre on lapses. One diner was forgotten for roughly an hour after mains, with plates cleared silently, until a staff member at the till apologised and offered a token of goodwill. Others report a prawn cocktail with hardly any prawns, a Sunday dinner that seemed frozen with little gravy, tiny shrimps in the seafood dish, a burnt bun on a chicken burger and bacon that looked scorched. Several mention slow food, and one reviewer says the chicken burger was remade fresh and came out perfect.
