“I only had a bag of mini cheddars so cannot rate the food but the atmosphere was excellent. They had a quiz and bingo night on and it was quite busy but not packed with plenty of seats available. The quiz compare was excellent as were the bar staff. Well done! The only niggle was the gents toilet dud not look or smell clean and the extra fan looked old and mouldy.”

“Great pub, food is very good, I had the 8 ounce steak, chips onion rings and mushrooms and a pint of madri. Didn't wait long for food. We came in late afternoon the place was quiet it was too hot to eat outside. The manager on was having a great time setting up for the world cup some confetti cannon where going off. Definitely be back.”

“Called in this morning with a friend for breakfast after a recommendation. Couldn’t be more satisfied. It’s a dog friendly place which is one of the reasons we went. The landlord was very friendly and took good care of us. The breakfast was very well cooked and extremely good value. I would recommend it to anyone 👍👍”
