“Honestly, been coming here for past almost three years since they first opened. Was usually good. Had the special fish and chips and the fish was a HUGE letdown - tasted not fresh from fryer like it had been there a while lukewarm or old oil I’m not sure. Standards of food have slipped whilst the price has increased (yes I’m aware price of products brought in has increased) but why has the quality dropped? Only saving grace was chips were good but that’s it. Really really disappointed!”

“Been here once before. Great food then but also massive portions, couldn't finish it. Came here today. Daniella was an absolute joy. Helped me pick out what I wanted to eat. Explained literally in detail different options. I went for the kids meal after her explanation. Halima brought my food and drink over to me. Great service, all smiles, very welcoming. And the food itself tasted great, nice and clean, not overly greasy, surprisingly light, fresh tasting, and the fish bites were full of fish not batter. Strongly recommend. Also management please do reward your staff, because having kind staff that have smiles on their faces when they serve customers, in this heat, is a rarity, they deserve the best, they make all the difference to customers.”

“The fish was perfectly crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside, and the chips were fresh, golden, and not greasy at all. The portion sizes were generous, and everything tasted freshly made. We had both the original one and my wife likes the fiery one. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere for dining in. Definitely one of the best fish and chips spots in Birmingham! Highly recommended for anyone craving high-quality, traditional fish and chips. Will definitely be returning! Only down side is there no baby changing facilities.”
