  “Visited Piri Fino in Sutton for the first time today and I’ll definitely be back. I had the Chicken Gyros, which came with grilled chicken, fresh salad, tzatziki and peri chips all wrapped in a soft, warm flatbread. It was loaded with filling, so it was a little messy to eat at first, but totally worth it. The chicken was well-seasoned, everything tasted fresh, and the flavours worked really well together. I also ordered a side of halloumi, which I really enjoyed and would definitely recommend. Overall, great food, good portions and friendly service. A fantastic first experience, and I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu”

  “Having always ordered from great Barr branch I had certain expectations, now ordering from this branch the food is certainly different. Cheese added to food is almost as if a processed cheese slice is just thrown on top (awful by the way, and an additional fee) yet at great Barr it’s actual grated cheese. Also with the store only being less than 2 mile away why on earth does it take an hour to arrive? This also means the food is just about warm. Not great, and there is also a noticeable price increase at the Sutton branch for the exact same food……..”

  “It was my first time, thinking lets give it a try, but I was deeply disappointed, the chicken size is too small, considering the price. The service is great but the portion size is no good, also the seasoning on the grilled chicken was very less. unfortunetly I will not return here. The toilets also need an upgrade, very poor state!”

  “I'm fuming, I just had a veggie burger & chips delivered from here, everything was dripping in oil & it was full of grease. I had to throw it all away. Who ever made that needs to go and learn how to cook. I can't believe you had the nerve to serve that to a customer! You should be ashamed of yourselves, I wouldn't even give that to a dog. Never again, I'll go to Nando's in future. Best place for your food is in the bin.”

  “Visited here today around 8:15pm. Great service by blonde lady on front desk (didn’t take her name sadly) and the gentleman who served our food, Ciaran. Good food but staff really made the difference. Thank you very much, we will be returning :)”

  “I recently visited Piri Fino’s in Sutton Coldfield and had a really good experience. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly. It made the whole visit feel relaxed and enjoyable. The food was also very good. Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and nicely cooked. The portions were satisfying and the quality was clear in every bite. It’s definitely a great place if you’re looking for tasty food and reliable service. Overall, I’d happily recommend Piri Fino’s in Sutton Coldfield to anyone looking for good food and great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back again.”

  “Waited nearly an hour and a half for food. Sent out a gyro with five chips which they claim is normal (despite having it from then before with considerably more chips and halloumi that was burnt to a crisp and had clearly been cooked on a dirty grill as it had charred coal-like food crumbs stuck all over it.”

  “Taste pots , tasty but definitely not value for money £8:95 portion, size is too smal contains 6 slices chicken comes in a box then you get a chips separately , they come in smaller containers from what they used to give customers previously and they have put the cost up lol lol absolutely madness how they think customers would never know would I get it again ? No”

  “We had the full chicken and 3 sides and 1 dip(charged extra) The chicken was perfectly cooked and was served in no time after ordering at the till. The peri peri sauce was not great. It has this after taste that isn't great but hey not every chicken place can be like Nandos. The sides were as expected some straight forward Mash Potato, straight cut Chips and Cheese, Tomato Pasta and BBQ wings. I would go here again as an alternative to Nandos.”
