  “Have a look at the reviews before you book in here… Sent my partner in for a perm and he came out with half his head permed. Even the half that is permed looks like noodles. It’s ridiculous. Got charged full price for a half done job Go to Head to Toe Salon for your perms- a lot better service and quality”

  “i'm a regular customer of sheila's always paid £40 for my sons hair until i went tgis week and she charged me £60 and telling me i've never paid when i explained to her my son and nephews all come to you and we pay £40 she said never like women why would i lie i hope you never rest in peace after scamming me.. you defo lost a regular customer”

  “Don’t know where to begin. Terrible, absolutely terrible. Perms do not even last a week. My hair ended up straight and back to normal after a week. I did question the whole process, the curlers are put in and small amounts of solution are dabbed on the curlers, surely the hair needs to be soaked in the solution but no, Sheila likes to use microscopical amounts. Once’s a tea spoon of solution is added to the whole head, she sticks you under a head warmer, now I say head warmer but it’s ice cold as Sheila doesn’t like spending money, hence cold air hot air. 20 minutes go by and your done, quick rinse of the hair and a table spoon amount of neutraliser is added on and washed off almost immediately. Very strange as it’s suppose to stay in for at least an hour. And that is the whole process, you’ll be in and out in an hour (the same amount of time the perm lasts) I questioned very thing but Sheila just rambles on and gossips for the whole hour. Terrible service. Oh and not to mention the vile smell of cigarettes and fag ash. Even the towel that she suffocates you with smells of smoke. Unhygienic and a rip off! Proper guji place”

  “Had a perm done from this woman absolutely shocking. Damaged my hair when to another perm place they told me her solution she uses is cheap . After I washed my hair after I had it done there was a lot of straight bits. Not to mention there was an old women in there smoking a cigarette reminded me of East is east when they were in the chip shop smoking talking talking smoking .Her towels she uses smell a never cleaned properly. Wouldn’t recommend getting a perm from this person. Avoid at all costs”

  “During our recent visit to your establishment for ear piercing services for both of our daughters, we encountered an unfortunate situation. Upon entering, the staff member present remained seated and did not engage in any communication with us as customers. It was necessary for us to approach her, as if she held a position of superiority. When we expressed our desire to have both of our daughters' ears pierced, her immediate response was negative and said "I'm not risking it!". She stated that she was unwilling to perform the procedure due to the potential for crying and noise, which understandably caused concern in both of our daughters. We then requested that she at least consider piercing the ears of our eight-year-old daughter, but she reiterated her concerns about her becoming frightened. This response was overheard by our daughter, who consequently became reluctant to proceed. Given these circumstances, we felt compelled to leave your establishment and seek services elsewhere. It is our belief that if your staff is not prepared to provide piercing services to children or any individuals, particularly with such an unwelcoming attitude, it would be more appropriate to refrain from advertising piercing services altogether.”

  “My 14 year old son wanted a perm and I contacted Sheila to book him in and she managed to fit him in the same day. My son was very nervous and very particular about what he wanted and Sheila put him at ease and listened to what he wanted. The end result was a very happy 14 year old!! Thank you Sheila for your professionalism and a lovely cup of coffee whilst I waited for him to get his perm done! Thank you for an overall amazing service.”
