“I had a haircut booked for 11am and was told to arrive 10 minutes early. When I got there, the shop was completely closed. I stood outside for 25 minutes trying to call, but no one answered. After I went back home, I received a call from a staff member apologising and blaming it on an “emergency,” and I was told she would be at the shop within 20–30 minutes. That turned out to be completely false. Over an hour later, there was still no sign of anyone. I called multiple times and even left a message asking for an update only to be completely ignored. This is beyond unprofessional. It’s a complete lack of basic respect for customers time. If you can’t honour appointments or even communicate properly, you shouldn’t be taking bookings at all. Absolutely unacceptable service. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place unless you’re happy wasting your time and being ignored.”

“My mom had got her hair done from here we had asked for chocolate brown and had told her multiple times she had ignored our request and had made the hair too light. We then asked her to fix it the next day as the hair was horrendous. Whilst fixing the hair she had told my mom to wash the colour of at home but why take money and not complete a service as well as ignore a customers request. Would not recommend this place.”
