  “Hi. I travelled from Coventry to Birmingham for my appointment today. When I arrived, you were already 20 minutes late and then I was asked to wait another 40 minutes. There was no apology or prior notice. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. My time is valuable, and I expect basic respect and communication. Because of this experience, I will not be returning or booking again.”

  “I have been going to Hiwot for over 4 years now and she always looks after my hair amazingly. The past two years I have been getting keratin treatments with her and my hair health has improved so much, she is very careful and knowledgeable with the products she uses.   “Customer service was terrible, I’m very unsatisfied by the service I’ve received- she wasn’t nice at all, way she spoke to me and customers wanting to book . Was as if she didn’t want to do her job . Besides I asked for a certain style and she did it her own way bc she thought my hair was “too dead””

  “I’ve been here 4 times now and everytime I’m so happy with my hair. The lady’s take time with shampooing and the head massages are so relaxing, as mixed race with Afro they get my hair perfectly straight everytime.”
