  “This was my first visit to the salon (not including my patch test a week before)and from the moment I walked in I immediately felt welcomed. I was offered refreshments and we discussed my options in depth so that Natalie knew exactly what I wanted. Usually I'm quite tense visiting the hairdressers as it's not something that I enjoy - however I was made to feel relaxed and I was given plenty of breaks which due to my disability are always important. Natalie explained each step of the process as we went along and unlike other salons that I've visited didn't push me to buy expensive products for me hair. At the end of our session I felt like a million dollars 🥰 Final thoughts, if you are looking for a knowledgeable hairdresser that actually listens to you and accommodates your needs, then this is the salon you need. Accessibility is quite good only a small step up to enter the salon and plenty of room for wheelchairs. Natalie will listen to your wants and needs and will give you the best advice. I'd definitely give it a 10 out of 10.🥰 * I've posted a picture of my hair but the photo really doesn't do it justice”

  “I had my hair coloured and styled by Natalie and I have nothing negative to say from the start to the finish! Natalie was calming, reassuring and helpful in every way. She had a way to keep you feeling relaxed throughout the whole process. There was no rush and the experience was so personalised! Natalie will even give you the chance to go away and she how you feel about your hair to make sure your happy which was fantastic. I would defo recommend Natalie for your hair. I love my new hair and will continue to visit Natalie ❤️”

  “Due to the hairdresser i normally use retiring this was my first visit to Natalie. She was lovely and welcoming. I wanted some layers in my hair as it was more or less one length. She listened to what I wanted and then explained what she would do. I am so pleased with the end result. Definitely recommend this lovely professional lady. Looking forward to my next visit.   “✨✨✨✨✨ I’m absolutely over the moon with my new locks. I came to you with uneven coloured copper hair made and I was really unhappy with it, causing me to wear it up all the time to hide it away. Natalie clearly has so much knowledge and is up to date with the the best products in the industry. After Natalie worked her magic my hair is always down now and I feel so much happier within myself and excited to style my hair. The tones are perfect and my hair is looking healthier than ever. Natalie was great at answering my questions about the K-18 product as I hadn’t heard of it before and I am really impressed by the product. I’ve continued to use it since my appointment and can agree it’s kept my hair in great condition. I felt so comfortable in Natalie’s presence, the day flew by and it felt as though I had known Natalie for years. I can’t wait for my next appointment!”
