  “I had a really unpleasant experience at this salon. I was left sitting with bleach in my hair for almost four hours while staff talked instead of working, and multiple stylists kept doing random things to my hair with no communication. The stylist barely spoke to me, rushed everything, and was rough enough to knock my newly pierced ears until one fell out and started bleeding. The highlights took over five hours despite being minimal, the result looked nothing like my inspo picture, and they didn’t even blow‑dry or style my hair properly. For £250, the service was extremely poor, unwelcoming, and nowhere near worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend this salon at all.”

  “I only trust Maha with my hair. The staff offered great hospitality. Maha accommodated to my earlier timing. Maha and priya both ensured I was at ease and comfortable throughout the appointment. I had a blonde balayage and my hair came out exactly like the inspo picture I showed.”

  “I booked an appointment and was quoted £220 via WhatsApp. On the day of my appointment, I was charged £350 due to additional treatments being used, which I was not informed about beforehand. My appointment started at 10:00am and I didn’t leave the salon until 8:00pm. During the appointment, I was told my hair was not lifting because I supposedly had box dye in my hair. This was incorrect, as my hair was virgin and had not been previously dyed. I had originally booked with Hair by Gaz, but on arrival I was informed she was not present and that another stylist would be completing my service. At that point, I felt I had no option but to continue. The final colour result was patchy and not what I had requested. Photos were taken at the salon, however when I later saw the images posted online, they did not reflect how my hair looked in person. After washing my hair, the colour faded very quickly and became brassy. I contacted the salon via WhatsApp and was asked to come in so they could look at it. After explaining the issue, I did not receive a further response. I also called the salon and was told I would receive a call back, which did not happen. Based on my experience, I was left disappointed with both the service and the communication, and unfortunately would not return.”

  “Booked two appointments for 2:30 and gave 20£ deposit. Arrived at 2:15 and waited. There was only one hairdresser. At 3:00, she had just begun client whose appointment was at 2pm. Realising how long the wait would be, probably minimum 30 minutes for next customer (wash, cut, blow dry), requested to cancel appointments and have deposit returned. She refused to return the deposit. After continuously pushing, she finally returned it. Long story short, if you book an appointment, expect 1hr wait and poor service.”

  “Amazing service. Me and my sister got our hair done by the lovely hairdressers hair .by. Maha and styles by ghaz the hair colour came out exactly how we wanted. It was worth the trip coming all the way from london. Will definitely come back soon also their prices are so reasonable for the service that they offer”

  “I am a hairdresser myself I have had many clients from this salon all in for colour correction that requires sessions. same technique has been used on every client. The hair is completely over processed left with bleed marks in every section and is visibly damaged caused by bleach. Absolutely appalling!”
