  “I wear wigs, I rang over ten hairdresser and none would cut my wig. Thankfully I rang Antony and he offered to cut my wig into a style. I absolutely love it! He's brilliant, such a sweet guy and great customer service, price was so cheap. I couldn't be happier.”

  “I've been going here for the last 5 years. I always walk away happy. Was seen by Antony today was given a lovely haircut, and was very chatty and friendly. Definitely recommend this place. Always book in advance or call on the day you may be lucky and get a slot the same day. Originally, I gave this place a ***** now im editing it...if i could, I'd give it a zero stars. Last year, 2023, I went there after having made an appointment to get my hair dyed. When I got there they said I couldn't get it done as I didn't have a patch test done, I did tell them I'd been before and I'd told the lady on the phone, she never told me I'd need to come for patch test. Now I've been going there a few yrs on and off, but they were kind of rude, no apology for the lady giving me wrong information or lack of it. The main man didn't seem bothered or offered another appointment. His manner was rude, too. So I refuse to spend my money there or recommend my friends to either. It's funny how other customers always have a warm, friendly welcome!! They need to change their way of customer service and be more welcoming and friendly to ALL people.”

  “Poor communication, the consultation was alright at the time but then after cutting a sample of hair to see if the colour would work was told that i would hear back within 3 days but a week later I've had to call up to find out that they can't produce the desired results I guess since they decided i wasn't going to be a customer they didnt see it necessary to see it through. Dissapointing first experience”
