Her customer service really stood out and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.   “The food was spot on. Even though they were extremely busy for the world cup final rush. They somehow managed to deliver my food on time. The Mixed platter i got was so juicy and steamy hot. May God bless these guys.”

  “Very disappointing experience. The burger tasted like it had been pre-heated and left sitting for a long time. The bun was extremely hard and rubbery, making it unpleasant to eat. The food was also served so hot that it burned my tongue. For the price paid, I expected a freshly prepared meal with better quality and care. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning unless standards improve.”

  “I recently bought a panini from this place, and the whole experience was a joke from start to finish. They gave me two garlic mayo tubs, and when I got home one looked half-used. That instantly made me think they’re reusing customer sauces, which is disgusting. Then a staff member asked if I wanted more food absolutely not. I went in expecting something quick and decent, and instead I’m sitting here at 1am with a stomach ache from food that shouldn’t even be served. On top of that, the atmosphere inside was ridiculous. There were two idiots shouting across the place, acting completely out of control while staff did nothing. It was like no one had any authority or awareness. And at the back, a couple of people were making weird noises and behaving in a way that made the whole place feel messy, chaotic, and straight-up unprofessional. It honestly felt like the environment was as bad as the food. I buy food for work sometimes, and everyone there says the same thing the quality is consistently terrible. I’ve spent around £100 over time, and the sauces sometimes taste off, almost expired. Overall, awful food, awful environment, awful management. Not worth it at all.”

  “This place fell off so bad, a couple years ago used to be on point, the other day i bought a munch box. For £9.99 tell me why the wings were dry, they were so small. The burger fillet is not how it normally is. They used to have a big chicken breast fillet, but this was think, seems like they butterflied the chicken breast to save costs. But that was not the biggest problem. The biggest problem was that there was barely any fries. For starters i get it, its loaded fries. There was nothing loaded about it. And the fries were just about covering the bottom of the box. It was only three mouth fulls of fries there. I would have expected at least more fries. Its potatoes, doesnt cost an arm and a leg. This needs to be fixed up. And if they giving this half hearted food. At least give me a drink. And there was no reduced drink price because I bought a munch box. They charged me normal price. So i quite literally got robbed and robbed again. I hope i get a response as me and friend were not happy about this”

  “This has become a regular now. Local and far exceeds my old regular grilled chicken places. Always friendly and my chicken always comes outs juicy. Honestly cannot complain.”

  “Mega fillet chicken burger was HUGE! And most importantly delicious 👍 Definitely going just for that. Peri peri chicken & rice was nice and the chicken pieces were large succulent chunks. I highly recommend. Loaded fries with cheese & generous pieces of succulent chicken was another favourite. Double cheeseburger meal and it's smaller double version were okay in taste but was expecting something better for the price. Fries were nice, Peppers own brand chilli sauce is delicious but they only give tiny amount! Also drinks would be better served ice cold. Quarter peri chicken was average and not worth the price when the same quality is available cheaper nearby.”
