“Dreadful. Two bad appointments in a row after giving them a second chance after a 6 month break. 3 days after my appointment, the gel on my nails started to lift away as the nail surface hadn't been prepared properly and they wanted to charge to fix it! I'd already paid the deposit, so went ahead with a 2nd appointment but the person doing my nails didn't speak to me at all, ignored what I wanted on my nails and was just so rude! Learnt my lesson and won't be going back again Attached pictures of the gel lifting and flaking away from my nails”

“Love this salon! Went as a one off to get my holiday nails and now I’m hooked. All the girls are so friendly & they’re incredible at nail art. Would 100% recommend.”

“I had level 2 nail art done by Izzy recently for a wedding I was attending, and img nails are immaculate. It’s a really friendly environment and everyone chats to each other so I always feel comfortable.”

“Nail art itself was really pretty so I was really gutted that I left the salon with 5 bleeding fingers. The bottoms of my cuticles are still sore a few days on and they even managed to cut the top of my finger while filing. The blood was just painted in. Also concerned the polish was then shared with the client sat next to me.Tried to drop am email a few days ago on the complaints line listed on the website but it bounced back and have dropped a message to their Facebook but with no response. I wish I'd said something at the time but I didn't know what to expect really, it was only when speaking to other nail therapist that I knew it wasn't normal. Really wish I could write something more positive because as I said the nail art itself was really good and the women seem nice enough. But yeah gutted and hoping my hands look less of a mess for holiday.”

Customer Review Summary

Gel nail art draws most of the praise, with reviewers repeatedly describing wedding sets and holiday nails that came out looking immaculate and long lasting, along with brow tints that several say are timed perfectly for fair skin and a lash appointment one client called exactly what she asked for. Many describe a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, staff who keep notes on preferences, and technicians praised for sanitised equipment and quality products. Against this sits a serious split among a minority of reviewers, including one account of leaving with bleeding, cut cuticles and concern that polish was shared between clients, with an unanswered complaints email and Facebook message afterward, and another describing gel lifting and flaking within days of a fresh application, a technician who wouldn't speak to the client or follow her requested design, and a charge demanded to fix the botched set. Several satisfied clients mention rebooking their next appointment on the spot before leaving.
