  “I had a disappointing experience with the female nail technician here. Even though I clearly explained the style and color I wanted, the final result didn’t suit my hands at all and looked quite unbalanced. When I tried to give feedback, her attitude was not very welcoming, and she didn’t seem willing to listen or fix it properly. The work also lacked attention to detail, with slight smudges and an uneven nail shape. For the price I paid, I expected a much more professional service.”

From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel so welcome and comfortable she’s always friendly, professional, and genuinely lovely. I’m extremely particular when it comes to my brows, so finding someone who consistently gets them exactly right is rare. She takes her time, pays great attention to detail, and somehow manages to get them perfect every single time. My brows are always clean, precise, and exactly how I like them, never a single complaint. What really stands out is the consistency and care she puts into her work. After all these years, I’ve never had a bad experience. If you’re looking for someone skilled, reliable, and truly passionate about what they do, I couldn’t recommend her enough.”
