  “Had my hair cut here and the stylist did is perfectly. I have long hair and she sectioned and cut my hair carefully. There was no issue with hair falling over your clothes and around your neck. A comfortable experience 👍”

  “Lady made me wait whilst she ate her curry. Wax was very hot and removed skin. Then she was midway eyebrows and stopped to chat on the phone. Very frustrating experience. Afterwards she was polite just unprofessional”

  “I visited this salon for full-face threading and was left with multiple cuts on my cheeks and the sides of my face, along with a bad skin reaction. My concern was the cuts, as they could leave permanent scars. When I contacted the manager with photos, she dismissed my concerns, claimed it looked like acne, and repeatedly focused on the reaction instead of the cuts. Rather than taking responsibility, they tried to blame me and refused to acknowledge that the threading had caused the injuries. The manager eventually stopped responding and even blocked me on WhatsApp. When I visited the salon in person, I was only offered store credit, which was unacceptable as I would never return after this experience. After insisting on a refund, it was finally processed, but at no point did I receive an apology or any acceptance of responsibility. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this salon.”

  “This place is absolutely shit. Most of the therapist are not even trained but do the treatments and haven’t got any clue of massage techniques while doing mani and pedi and body massage I have booked facial mani pedi and full body but nothing went well and one of the staff was very rude kept talking to people on the phone while doing my massage when I asked you shouldn’t be using your phone while Im barely wearing any clothes for my massage she ignored me and continued using her phone it wasn’t relaxing at all. I have tried to call the owner on the mobile number displayed in the salon she ignored my calls and then I messaged her she didn’t reply and it’s been over a week I did give enough time before writing this review but no response from the owner.”

  “All 5 stars is just for Nancy. Nancy is fantastic! She did a wonderful job my waxing my eyebrows and made the whole experience pleasant and comfortable. She has a great eye for detail, and my eyebrows have never looked better. I had a really worst experience by the Anita last time she was so rude and arrogant but Nancy highly professional and relaxing me throughout my appointment I really enjoyed at the time of waxing. I highly recommend her services. Thank you, Nancy! 😊”
