  “I had waxing done in this salon and despite turning up without appointment the salon treat me quickly without waiting. Iqra was very professional in her work and I felt no pain I definitely will use other services at this salon also.”

  “I went in for waxing and unfortunately came away with bruises on my arm, which was really disappointing. The overall atmosphere wasn’t very welcoming, and the staff didn’t seem particularly friendly. My upper lip threading also felt rushed — it was so quick that I genuinely worried I might get cut. I also noticed the same wax strip appeared to be reused after being used on someone else, which raised serious hygiene concerns.”

  “If you want to be served by ladies who do not understand or can communicate with you on basic English do not come here. But if you are looking for a solon -where the owner ignores you. -Serves others instead of you (even when treatment is pending) - Abandones the premise for hours to get food without notifying you and then fails to return to finish your treatment. Definitely come to Seher. DO NOT pay until the very end!! My God i wish someone gave me this advice.”

  “DISGUSTING SERVICE! The woman was busy on her phone the entire time and was VERY unprofessional. She burnt my face with the hot wax which has left scars on it! When waxing my face she kept going over the same spot which irritated my skin. DO NOT BOOK.”

  “Went to this salon for the first time. I was dealt with promptly. I checked the price list upper lip threading was £3 I was also having the chin area for a few whiskers, so a smaller area than the upper lip. The young lady that done the threading was pleasant enough. However, the thread kept breaking constantly so it was start, stop, start - she ended up changing the thread 3 times. I have sensitive skin so the stop start only made my skin more sensitive and redder than usual..they don't offer any after threading lotion to calm the skin, luckily I carry a moisturiser with me. After finishing I asked her how much she had to wait for another lady who also worked there (maybe the owner?) Who said £7 now that was a bit pricey when I usually pay £5. It was almost like she just made it up -"quote prices as they go along, because you have had the service you are obliged to pay up.The chin area (popular amongst Asian clientele) should be on the price list just like it is at many other salons that I have visited. So that didn't sit well with me. They do not take credit cards which is not good business practice, if someone was having a lot more than threading, many people don't carry that kind of cash, well certainly not after the Covid pandemic. I had to do a bank transfer. Perhaps they should advise people before treatment that they only take cash or bank transfers. Not somewhere that I would go to on a regular basis.”

  “Absolutely disgusting experience DO NOT BOOK!! Went to get a body wax and was told to get changed to then the staff leaving me in the room whilst they go do someone else face and then come back to me and when I explained that the wax was to hot for me she complained and was being so unprofessional and rude to me missing out clunks of hair on my body not doing my wax properly blaming the weather being to hot for her not to do it properly. Then when leaving hearing the staff talk bad about me and saying about what they saw on my body. When I rang the manager she was completely rude to and when I explained I should be allowed to have a refund she declined and ignored my messages even after showing her the proof that my wax wasn’t even done properly. She did bits and bobs and told me this was the full body wax package. DO NOT BOOK HERE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO USE THIS SERVICE!!!”
