Penny accommodated my late afternoon request and I'm glad that she did! She made me feel so welcome and it felt like I'd been a client since forever. Her friendliness and professionalism made me comfortable and confident that I was in safe hands. She took her time with my cuticles and nails; TBH my nails have never experienced such care and attention from my nails person before. She advised services according to my needs and prioritised that above profit even. I got BIAB nails done, they lasted well and of course I went back to Penny to get new ones, and will most likely continue to go back to House of Omorfia from now on. 10/10 Recommend 💯”
