  “This restaurant is normally closed on a Monday also lunch times through the week. But Luke the owner opened for 6 of us to have a meal together as two of our friends had come back from Australia to visit. The restaurant was very clean, food was delicious and Luke couldn’t do enough for us. So if you think the restaurant isn’t open do ring and get booked in. A family function would be good there too. Let’s support our local restaurants. We will go back again. Thankyou Luke & Chef x”

  “Really dont like leaving bad reviews but feel other people need to realise how far this restaurant has fallen. Glasshouse used to be a buzzing restaurant with friendly family atmosphere, food was always spot on. Unfortunately this is not the case anymore. Ordered fillet steak was served up a piece of ribeye! Sent it back for the correct cut of steak. This meant me and my wife had to eat our meals 20mins apart. I would understand if the restaurant was busy as mistakes can be made but we were one of TWO tables in the whole restaurant that were eating, 8pm on a Saturday night the place used to be packed with diners, now I can see why it’s pretty much empty. A real shame”

  “We booked a table for 4:30. So the restaurant was empty when we arrived. The place was nice and clean inside. The waitress was really nice and attentive. I didn't catch. Young girl, glasses. Very smiley, nice warm person. We ordered the bruschetta and butterfly prawn starters. Both good. I ordered the steak & chips. My mum ordered the pizza. I enjoyed the steak, sauce and the mushrooms. Not so much the chips. They tasted oily. My mum liked the pizza. I tried a bit of that too. Tasted nice. Nothing special tbh. The tiramisu was good. I would order that again. Last thing. It was quite cold in there. Again, the waitress immediately said she would sort this out but we were already going by then. I would definitely go back. I Would like to try the lamb chops next time.”

  “We had our family meal (8 people) at The Glasshouse last night and it was excellent! The food was authentic italian and very good, and the service was impeccable. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking good quality and value for money!”

  “We had a brilliant New Years Eve dinner at Glasshouse Bexleyheath. A good welcome. Great food which we could not fault . Good portions. Nice atmosphere , impressive service. And the complimentary limoncello was a nice touch. A very good experience”

  “We went there because we were hungry and that was the only Italian restaurant in the town. Atmosphere was ok, place looked clean. As soon as we sat down, we were given menu & immediately asked for our order didn’t give us chance to look. It was only 1 person working during the time went. She was polite when we asked her to give us some time. The place looked like glasshouse. Food was not that great. I ordered tiramisu also, wasn’t the best. It was dry. We had pizza veg & non veg”

  “Visited Glasshouse, nice little place, staff were warm and friendly. On arrival to the time we left, the restaurant was quiet so we had a pick of table. It was clean and welcoming. The food was ok, I’ve eaten at a few Italian restaurants and enjoyed majority of them. I ordered BBQ chicken wings, tasted as if the wings were boiled and then brushed with BBQ sauce from a bottle, there was nothing else to it. The Butterfly King Prawns however were very good, wasn’t overcooked and the sauce served with it was really good and loads of flavours. The pizzas were ok, nothing special to them, there were no wow factor, nothing that stood out to make me say yes I want to go back there again and order the same thing. But the Tiramisu was absolutely amazing, I’ve had a few in the past, some bad ones, some horrible ones and some really good ones, this was up there with the good ones. If you are visiting this establishment, you have to try the tiramisu.”

  “The lovely team at Glasshouse welcomed us yesterday for my 50th birthday celebrations. It was the perfect venue, with such a lovely atmosphere. We went for a set menu which was very reasonably priced and the food was high quality and delicious! Thank you to the whole team at Glasshouse who took such good care of us on Saturday.”

  “We went here with our 7 month old son on Valentine’s Day for an early dinner as we could not get any childcare. It was amazing! The owner accommodated us the best he could ensuring we had a table in a warm area for baby. Having the high chair prepared in advance. Even started food service early for us, which we really appreciated as trying to get out with a baby is hard. The waiter was lovely. Food was incredible. Cocktails were great. The restaurant was decorated so well for valentines. Last time we visited here was Father’s Day when the food was also incredible. Absolutely love this place. Really make occasions feel special. Thank you for a great evening!”
