  “Lavinia was so lovely! Friendly and enthusiastic, she was happy to serve us and make sure everything was perfect. Beautiful interior in the restaurant, great menu and will definitely be coming back. Also caters well to celiacs/gluten free, very reliable. Great staff make the place 10x better - thank you Lavinia! 💕”

  “We love Prezzo and again we had a lovely family dinner of 4 in Prezzo lakeside and served by amazing lady Dee. She was very professional friendly always approaching with lovely smile and nothing too much trouble for her whatever we asked. Food was very tasty and hot. We booked first to seat outside but was too hot and being Saturday was bit loud and straight away we was offered table inside with no problem at all. So basically service food atmosphere everything was great. We will be back and thanks again!”

  “The proof is in the pudding - what an amazing time we had at Prezzo Italia the service right from the entrance was warm friendly and intentional. Dee our lovely waitress was a gem although she was to the role (we only know because she mentioned it) we went on the journey to success together she was cool calm informative and accurate if that wasn’t enough Roxi stepped in to take our dietary requirements and offered recommendations that made the meal and experience that much better — if I could give 10 starts I would We had 2 mains and a kids meal with a cheeky beer on the side for me lol, a cocktail for the Mrs and a little juice box for jr.”

  “Me and wife went for an impromptu dinner at Prezzo, and the first time since Lakeside had its revamp. It was very nice and new - refreshed. We showed up 30 minutes before our booking because we were ready for dinner a bit early, and they could seat us - even on a bank holiday weekend. Service was very good, we never felt abandoned or that the staff were stretched too thin. Starters came within about 10-12 minutes and were very yummy. The mains took a long time to come however, so much so that many people had left by the time it did show up. Around an hour after arriving the mains finally arrived. However, the portions were very generous. My wife couldn’t quite finish hers, and I skipped a meal that day, and still really felt it by the end. We couldn’t fit in any dessert. It tasted perfect. Paula our waitress was very nice and attentive. There were multiple staff members we met, however this was the only person we received the name of. Finally special mention to the fact they accepted Blue Light on a weekend!”

  “We had a wonderful lunch experience, which was made even better by our lovely and joyful waitress Lavinia who went an extra step to make our experience delightful. From the moment we had arrived, she was warm, attentive and welcoming. The chef had forgotten to add the sauce for our Chicken Marsala, and Lavinia was attentive to notice and without hesitation replaced the dish with a fresh plate. The food itself was delicious and tasted authentic to our perception of Italian food. Extra bonus points to Lavinia for making our lunch a memorable experience.”

  “My first time here and I enjoyed it. The food was so good. I had hummus and pitta bread. The bread was so thick and filling, and the hummus was delicious. For mains I went with a margarita pizza and my partner went with a pepperoni. Both were great. And then finally we shared a biscotti cheesecake which was a banger. So delicious! The atmosphere was busy and the party that I was with, enjoyed as much as we did. The waiter managed to get all our strange names right apart from mine, but it’s chill. Definitely recommend and will be returning.”

  “First off, the staff go above and beyond for the guests. So friendly and kind and will do pretty much anything for you. It really makes a difference. The food is always 10/10 and they never disappoint. Love love love Prezzo”

  “Paula took great care of us on Valentine's. We booked online as it was busy and were running late due to parking but they were very easy going on arrival. We opted for valentine's menu. Pasta mains were great. I had prawns then Chicken milanese and hubby had buratta (standout) and spag Bolognese. Triple baked cookie to finish. Extremely family friendly and good large choice including gluten free and vegetarian options”
