“We went for the craft beer and were not disappointed. Open on a Sunday this friendly micro pub lives up to its excellent reputation. Loved all the details about the many beers, but there were also lots of wines w an equal amount of detail and information provided. Sarah is a great host and owner, friendly but not overbearing. “Well run & an obviously popular bar. An extremely comprehensive range of cask beers, keg beers, box(?) ciders & wines by the glass/bottle. Beer/cider & wine menus on every table. Almost a pint was pulled off before my pint was pulled which is a good sign when the female running the show is aware that none of that particular beer has been sold in a while/that day. Decent craft beer & wine by the glass isn’t inexpensive so expect £15 or so for a pint & a glass of wine.”
